Are the colors consistent with the photos on your site?
The images are not enhanced or retouched, so should be very close to the photos on the site. TohaaDesign does its best to ensure that the images on the site accurately portray the correct colour of our products. However, some colours may appear differently, depending on the screen or settings of the screen that you are using to view the product.

Can the toilet seat be adapted to a wall-hung toilet?
Yes. Our toilet seats fit all standard toilets across different international standards. Detailed specifications are available on our website.

If i place an order at 1pm, when am i going to receive my order ?
All orders placed before 1 p.m. are shipped on the same day, therefore the next day for France and within 3 days for Europe.
