Shipping Policy

Your order is shipped the same day if it is placed before 1pm on a business day, otherwise the next business day. As soon as your order is shipped, the number of your package is available in your TohaaDesign customer area, under your order reference. It will also be sent to you by e-mail. You will thus be able to directly track the delivery of your purchase.

Delivery is made by Australia Post or an alternative provider. An authority to leave service is offered for customers when no signature is required on delivery. The package will be left in a safe location, and if a safe location cannot be found, the order taken to the nearest Australia Post retail outlet for collection. Toilet seats are packaged for sending with a total package weight of 4kg per toilet seat.

 

 The delivery times are as follows*:

  • 4 - 7 business days for delivery to metro locations. 
  • 7 - 10 business days to regional locations including WA, and NT.
  • 3 - 8 business days to New Zealand.

 

We also provide the option of express post delivery. Delivery time estimates are as follows:

  • 1 - 3 business days for delivery to metro locations within Australia. 
  • 3 - 7 business days to regional locations including WA, and NT.
  • No express post option for New Zealand.

*Based on estimates provided by Australia Post. Delays may be experienced due to COVID-19.

 

Online orders shipped within Australia incur a $18.50 flat fee.

Express post orders within Australia incur a $25 flat fee.

Online orders shipped to New Zealand incur a $30 flat fee.

Any orders exceeding 20kg (which includes dimensional weight calculations) will be subject to additional freight charges and shipped via an off-peak service.
